Absolutely, Hanover Safe Place can not speak with
anyone or share your information without your consent. Hanover Safe Place will not even
acknowledge you are receiving services unless you have given permission. The
only exception is if HSP becomes aware that a child is being abused or
neglected then CPS has to be notified.
